Our students eagerly jumped into this wonderful project, making art with the meaning ❤️☕ 👩🌾
From every sold piece a portion of proceeds will go to women coffee farm of choice. With art we support #womeempowerment and #fairtradecoffee! Teach your kids to support people in other countries!
We will have light snacks and refreshments and you can always treat yourself to a delicious coffee and get a bag of freshly roasted beans while at it)))
One more of our students will be on the cover of Boulder County Kids!
Congratulations to Brandon Norman whose graphic marker project was recently chosen to be on the cover of the Boulder County Kids Magazine. Brandon is our 11th student to be chosen to for cover of this well known Boulder publication. We are so happy for you Brandon and wish you many great things in the future.
Every child who is chosen is also featured on the page two of the magazine and given a presentation at their school where they will be awarded a check for $50.00.

2014 Junior Duck Stamp Contest is complete!
We are very happy to announce that the 2014 Junior Duck Stamp Contest is complete and the results are out! Please click here to find out what the JDS is all about.
We want to congratulate all Sunflower Kids participants who worked so hard on this project!!! Eighteen out of forty two entries have won an award this year, we feel very proud to work with such talented group of children! Please see the gallery below to enjoy all of the artworks.
Habitat for Humanity Art Project is Complete!
Habitat for Humanity is celebrating their 20th year anniversary in November of 2013. During these 20 years of service they have built 70 homes in the Bloomfield Boulder counties for families in need of shelter. In celebration of their Anniversary Sunflower Kids Art Studio as well Jefferson Academy have creating 70 artworks to be donated to each family that received a home. Dear friends and families,
This Friday, September 27th 6-9pm Sunflower Kids Art Studio is hosting a party for our wonderful art community! If you are our students, parents, future or past students, just people who like and appreciate art - YOU ARE INVITED!!!
Adult's and kid's snacks and drinks will be served in great amounts, so bring everybody for a Friday night out at the studio.
