Cave Art: June 18-22 (Age 5 and up)

Description:

Take a trip back in time to learn about the very first painters and some of the earliest paintings we know about. For one week we will become cave men and women and paint on our very own “cave walls” all while we learn about archaeology and some of the most important discoveries in art history. Painters will create rough surfaces and play with pigments in the same way that early humans did. They will learn to create horses, bison, dear and other figures found in the caves at Lascaux. We will make our own signatures or hand prints just like the cavemen did. Join us for a week of cave painting, learning and fun!
